Training -

Please fill out and submit this form for each individual attending training.

The cost of FM:System training is $500/day. A PC will be provided for each participant for each day registered.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full REFUND if cancellation received two weeks prior to class start date.
• Full CREDIT (applicable to future training sessions) for cancellations occurring less than two weeks prior to class start date.
• FM:Systems reserves the right to cancel sessions with fewer than two (2) registrants. Registrants will be notified of cancelled sessions 14 calendar days prior to the training session.
• In the event of an "act of nature" (i.e. blizzard, flood, etc.) which closes the airport and/or other means of travel to the training area, FM:Systems reserves the right to postpone or re-schedule the quarterly FM:Site training session to a later date. Registrants will be given first consideration for the next FM:Site offering, or given the right to cancel without penalty.
