Training - Partner Certification Registration

Please fill out and submit this form for each individual attending Partner Certification Training.

The cost of Partner Certification training is $1250/person.
Participants are requested to bring their own laptops.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full REFUND if cancellation received three weeks prior to class start date.
• Full CREDIT (applicable to future training sessions) for cancellations occurring less than three weeks prior to class start date.
• In the event of an "act of nature" (i.e. blizzard, flood, etc.) which closes the airport and/or other means of travel to the training area, FM:Systems reserves the right to postpone or re-schedule the quarterly partner training session to a later date. Registrants will be given first consideration for the next session, or given the right to cancel without penalty.
