This two-day instructor-led training course focuses on the basic requirements to build-out an organization’s space inventory in FM:Interact.

Audience members should include:
- The space management power user who is responsible for maintaining space and occupancy data in FM:Interact.
- FM:Interact system administrator

Course Objectives |
Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
- Add a site to FM:Interact
- Add a building to FM:Interact
- Add a floor to FM:Interact
- Polyline and tag space on an AutoCAD drawing
- Associate occupancy (e.g., department and employee) information with space
- Annotate and crosshatch a drawing with FM:Interact data
- Build queries in FM:Interact and AutoCAD

Prerequisites |
For an effective learning experience, participants must meet the following requirements prior to attending this class.
General Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Web based applications including the ability to use the task bar, and multitask between applications
- Beginner knowledge of databases and relational databases
- General knowledge of how your organization manages space (e.g., policies and procedures)
- Basic AutoCAD
