Please visit the portal—you will find the link to Join a Meeting in the upper-right corner of the window. (This feature does not require you to log in.)

Customer Support

Customer support has moved to the FM:Systems Portal!

Complimentary to FM:Systems customers with a current support contract, the portal provides access to the User Forums, Knowledge Base articles, and Support Tickets. The Support Tickets feature includes the ability to submit tickets, view tickets submitted by you and your company, and upload and download files related to your tickets.

Portal registration and a current support contract are required before you can access the support features that are available.

The posts that were created in the old user forums have been added to the new user forums that are available from the portal as read-only.
