FM:Systems Experiences Record Growth in Customer Acquisition and Top Line Revenue

Recently named to the Challenger quadrant of Gartner’s IWMS Magic Quadrant FM:Systems is well-positioned to become the fastest growing vendor in the market

RALEIGH, N.C. - March 22, 2011 — FM:Systems, a leading provider of integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software, today announced that Gartner, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, recognized the company for its position in the IWMS market.  FM:Systems strengths include a truly integrated platform of IWMS modules, an industry-leading services approach and the ease of configuration and deployment of its products.

FM:Systems has experienced significant year-over-year growth over the past five years.  This growth includes an average annual 21 percent increase in total revenue and an average annual 27 percent increase in customer acquisition.  In addition, the company has seen dramatic demand for its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution with an average annual SaaS revenue increase of 87 percent.

The effective integration of these disciplines ideally operates off of a single database with common workflow tools, executive dashboards and robust predefined and customized reporting capabilities. A key IWMS prerequisite to ensuring rapid time-to-value and consequent ROI realization is robust interoperability with other enterprise application systems (such as enterprise resource planning, supply chain management and human capital management), via increasingly robust Web services technologies.”

In the past year, the company has also led the market with technological advances including the addition of products for sustainability, BIM and its recent integration with EPA’s ENERGY STAR® Energy Performance Rating System.  “A successful IWMS implementation requires accurate design, construction and building data.
