FM:Systems Continues Momentum with Second Consecutive Year of Greater than 50 Percent Revenue Growth

New Customer Wins, Customer Expansions and Launch of FM:Interact 7.0 Key Factors

RALEIGH, N.C. – February 14, 2007 – FM:Systems, a leading provider of integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), announced today that in 2006 it has experienced a second straight year of considerable growth, most significantly marked by a 56 percent increase in revenue. The company’s growth is attributed to several factors including numerous new customer wins, enterprise expansions of existing customers, and the launch of version 7.0 of the FM:Interact™ Workplace Management Suite. 

New Customer Wins and Existing Customer Expansions
Several leading organizations, such as the Department of Homeland Security, have selected FM:Interact to help improve customer service, reduce costs, and increase productivity throughout their entire organization. Other businesses, such as CA, have chosen to expand their existing FM:Systems’ solution worldwide.

Unique New Business Partner Program
FM:Systems introduced a partner certification program in late 2006, greatly enhancing the benefits of partnering for both partners and customers.  Unique in the industry, the Certified Business Partner program requires that partners that wish to implement FM:Systems solutions take thorough training and pass a certification exam. This program will ensure customers receive the highest quality of service available.  Already five companies have completed the certification process: AMS, Collectiveview, FM Innovations, RSP-iSpace and Stantec. 
 
Innovative New Products
The launch of FM:Interact 7.0 also sparked significant growth, offering enhancements such as dynamic drawings, configurable Web forms and graphic views to the already successful product line. 

FM:Interact modules include Space Management, Lease and Property Management, Asset Management, Strategic Planning, Move Management and Service Request Management. With FM:Interact, facilities professionals have the ability to:

Headcount Increases by 50 Percent
Company-wide headcount grew by 50 percent, with customer support, consulting and development receiving most of the new employees.  The company has plans for similar growth in 2007.  Several new leadership positions were added, including John Chesebrough, formerly of SAS, as the new vice president of sales.
