About Connie Drake,
CFM, Senior Application Developer at LITTLE FM Strategies
As a senior application developer for LITTLE FM Strategies, Connie analyzes business processes as they relate to space and facility management. Connie works with customers such as Altria, Regions Bank, and BCBS of NC to ensure they are maximizing the capabilities of their software and achieving their goals. Connie spent the first 14 years of her career doing similar work for another company. There she was responsible for most of the implementations and support of CAFM services for companies such as UnitedHealth Care, Securian Financial, and St. Jude Medical.
Connie has a degree in Architectural Drafting, is certified in three CAFM software programs, and has a comprehensive knowledge on BOMA Standards of Measurement. She has been a member of IFMA for six years and is currently serving as co-chair on the Communications committee of the Greater Triangle IFMA Chapter.
About Phil Tackett,
CFM, LEED AP, Senior Associate at LITTLE FM Strategies
Phil Tackett has been in the facility management and planning industry for 20 years. He is a senior project manager at LITTLE, a certified facility manager and LEED accredited professional. After spending several years with the Ford Motor Company in facility management, Phil joined LITTLE's FM Strategies group where he provides strategic and tactical space planning and manages CAFM Implementation projects for institutional and corporate clients. As a space and occupancy planner Phil has played a key role in the development and analysis of planning data at the project, tactical and strategic levels.
