• define forecast methods and markups for secondary circulation
• build core and exterior walls/shafts for all departments
• make exceptions if needed based upon departmental forecast and space predictions
• create reports and stacking diagrams to prepare for organizational change

As the Vice President of Consulting Services for FM:Systems, Terri helps FM:Systems’ customers successfully integrate, implement, and launch flexible facility management solutions.

Terri works closely with the FM:Systems management team to develop consulting methodologies and deliverables and with the account management team to scope and define projects.
