Reporting Services (morning) (This class is full. Contact bbramsey@fmsystems.com to be put on the waiting list)

Students will learn to:

• Create and deploy reports using the new advanced reporting capabilities such as parameters, conditional formatting and drill downs 
• Use the Ad-hoc reporting feature to create reports on space, moves, maintenance, leases and projects
• Export reports to Excel, PDF, CSV and other formats

FM:Interact Administration (This class is full. Contact bbramsey@fmsystems.com to be put on the waiting list)

Students will learn to:

• Create and modify page permissions, user groups, and users within FM:Interact
• Assign groups to views, DWFs, reports, documents, etc.
  
• Define a new site
  
• Create building and floor default pages
• Create a new FM:Interact view
• Configure info views and search and query views
• Publish drawings to FM:Interact (including layers, queries, etc.
  

The Facility Maintenance Module

Students will learn:

• The maintenance management workflow from end user to maintenance supervisor archive
• How to create custom maintenance management views in FM:Interact
• How to permission the new view
• How to create a different home page for maintenance technicians
• How to create a maintenance report and publish the report to FM:Interact
