Reporting Services (afternoon)

Students will learn to:

• Create and deploy reports using the new advanced reporting capabilities such as parameters, conditional formatting and drill downs 
• Use the Ad-hoc reporting feature to create the reports you need on space, moves, maintenance, leases and projects    
• Export reports to Excel, PDF, CSV and other formats   

The Move Management Module

Students will learn:

• The Move Management workflow from end user submittal to facilities planner posting
• How to create a custom Move Management view in FM:Interact
• How to permission new Move Management view
• How to create a Move Management report and publish the report to FM:Interact

Notification Configuration

Students will learn:

• How to create events that trigger email notifications.
• How to create email messages.
• How to define users that will receive the email notifications.
• How to associate the email message with the recipient.
