FM:Systems, founded in 1984, is widely recognized as an industry leader in developing Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) including modules for Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Our products are known for their flexibility, their comprehensiveness, and their ease-of-use.

FM:Systems also has extensive experience in IWMS implementation consulting. Our consultants assist clients with needs analysis, system integration, system customization, database creation, training, and ongoing management.

FM:Systems has also established relationships with experienced consulting firms throughout the world. These relationships let FM:Systems provide comprehensive support to international companies throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Industry Involvement

FM:Systems has dedicated time to several activities of importance to the facility management profession. Michael Schley, CEO and Founder of FM:Systems, organized and chaired the AIA/IFMA backed Task Force on CAD Layer Guidelines. Michael also co-chaired IFMA's task group on area measurement standards. Our Senior Management team also served in leadership roles in the International Facility Management Association.

FM:Systems also donates software and time to facility management degree programs at Brigham Young University, Colorado State University, Conestoga College, Cornell University, Ferris State University, Michigan State University, Sripatum University, University of Nigeria, University of Oklahoma Division of Architecture and Wentworth Institute.
